The Schull Institute is a non-profit 501(c)(3), which develops future leaders in science and medicine through mentorship. Your generous tax-deductible donations make a difference toward a better world.

The Institute offers two types of funding opportunities:

  • The first seeks to keep us secure operationally and cover expenses for activities such as general research, the Cholangiocarcinoma Cancer Cluster study, and other student support. We have a currently urgent need to pay for travel to Japan for our student scholars to attend our Annual Invitational Conference in March 2020.

  • The second opportunity underscores our endowment effort, "The Schullian Way," which is a Component Fund of the Greater Houston Community Foundation (GHCF). When fully funded, this endowment will generate the money for "Song Among the Ruins," our binational mentoring program with Japan.
